2 tbsp. boiling water

Mix by hand. Put in 8 inch square pan. Microwave at 70% power for 5 minutes. Rotate 1/4 turn every 1 1/2 minutes.Cool and frost, if desired.

(9-12 servings)

Brownie

1pkg JIFFY Fudge Brownie Mix

1 egg

1 tbsp water

2 tbsp oil

Topping

1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

1 egg

dash salt

1 pkg (6oz) chocolate chips

Grease 9" round microwave safe dish.Blend brownie ingredients thoroughly and spread into prepared dish. Microwave on high 4 minures. Rotate every 2 minutes if microwave does not have a turntable. Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in sugar, egg and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of brownies and microwave an addition 5 minutes,turning occasionally. Cool completely, slice and serve.
