potato buds sound friendly::: 100% potatoes + mono and diglycerides (to improve texture); and sodium bisulfite, BHT. as usual, barefoot uses resources for fun/profit::: today's project: potato, broccoli, salmon cakes. sounds good2me::: we add 'leftovers' that we find in the 'backroom' of the fridge::: swiss chard, kidney bean 'puree'?, beet poison, ancient grana padano cheese. we base our experiment on mother's fried mashed potato patties and sheer desperation.
allofus like broccoli more than this sophisticated fluff. and we prefer our veggies as they are::: notsobad for a first attempt.
