Wacky Spice Cake (02may06)
3/4 cup bisquick......................1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar..................1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg................1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger..................1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon cayenne...............1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon salt......................1-1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 cup cold water ***...............1/4 teaspoon baking SODA
1/2 teaspoon oil........................1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup bisquick......................1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar..................1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg................1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger..................1/4 teaspoon cardamom
1/4 teaspoon cayenne...............1/4 teaspoon coriander
1/4 teaspoon salt......................1-1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 cup cold water ***...............1/4 teaspoon baking SODA
1/2 teaspoon oil........................1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Stir with wire whisk. you can use electric beater, but you don't have to. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Frost with nice vanilla frosting.
Hint: When making cupcakes or frosting cake, consider putting the frosting in the middle; it's much easier to eat!
