less than 1/3 cup bisquick (ap flour can be used if nec)
1 tbsp greek yogurt (whole milk)
onion/garlic powder
1 tsp beet poison
hot water (1-2 tbsp)
dash champagne to thin batter
1/2 to 3/4 tsp canola oil
heat electric skillet 2 350deg: slick w oil; add batter 2 pan; make sure they 'coat pan'; fry guys. we've made these eggless crepes out of sheer desperation many times. they are sheer pleasure after all.
