g the process of writing/casting a 'sitcom' has helped us learn. we observe our co-workers, associates, friends and family in several ways. when the 'perspective' changes and they are in the cast...we lose some passion; become objective. we distance ourselves from their whims, wants and idiocyncrasies. some of them lose their focus, energy, even their 'heart' and very souls.
