4 ounces pasta, cooked and drained
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
dash ground black pepper
3/4 cup Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)
Preheat oven to 375°. Grease 12-cup muffin pan; set aside.Combine pasta, eggs, Parmesan and pepper in bowl. Evenly press into muffin cups to form a “crust”. Evenly top each cup with Pasta Sauce, then mozzarella cheese.Bake 15 minutes or until bubbling. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
