Tuna Quiche Guy (Foos)
TWO WAYS
1 egg
1-3 tbsp or so of canned tuna in oil
sazon goya
red onion
sliced mushroom
mix all ingredients. then we 'bake' them. one dose in paper brioche cup in littlered; one dose in paper tart pan in the trusty stovetop frypan.we observe: time it takes for each to emerge edible and worth mention.g
