1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix

1 c. water
3 eggs
1 pt. Ben & Jerry's Dublin Mudslide ice cream, softened
Mix all ingredients together until ice cream is melted. Then beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour in a greased tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until center is cooked. Cool in tube pan for 25 minutes.

MELTED ICE CREAM Microwave CAKE
Ben & Jerry's Dublin Mudslide ice cream
1 egg
Soy milk (or regular's fine)
Bisquick
Melt two generous scoops of ice cream into a bowl then add in all the ingredients gradually. Grease a bowl with butter and pop it into the microwave for three minutes. Take it out, let it cool and you've got yourself a cake.
