now for the goodstuff:
after partial nuke: remove top bun carefully; toast it in baconfat (or deepfry if you have enuf fat/oil and the fortitude); replace it atop burger; complete nuke process.
ohohoh: if yo got fresh arugula, watercress or any dark green, addit; this is not easy, and def not necessary. after assembling any/all gilding: nuke burger one last time for 15secs on high. photograph it if you can control plaisir instantané. EAT!

after making several gilded whitecastle guys:: epiphany::
the tiny burger within is inconsequential, merely a footnote of protein.
we really like the buns. now it makes sense that we simply buy hamburger buns or hotdog buns, freeze them and use as needed for our creations. sounds more economical doesn't it. heretofore we focus on creating fillings that we want.
dare we bake homemade bread again like backintheday? that requires PREHEAT OVEN, PIZZASTONE, MISTING. we've cando this ::: however we simply have gotten over the ecstacy of freshly baked bread?
