catfish::: on a silly chilly day in may. we are in ecstacy. catfish filets 'on sale' @ freshdirect delivered. we try 2 stock fridge/freezer lightly (coned is so difficult). fage yogurt, scallions, and frozen spinach.
pandora (that dark pantry we keep) has new supplies too ::: progresso tuna in olive oil. we do our catfish right::: 'general tso' style:
