10.27.07: chocolate days; cake wok

it's been dark for a week now in nyc; these are chocolate days; dark and redolent of promise.
creating a sitcom using 'what's at hand' (trevor, bettina et al) is not a cake wok:
baking a cake in a wok is; and more gratifying:
we don't really 'just bake' anything @101: we do science projects (isn't that baking anyway);
i digress.
start with basic cake (recipe requires no eggs) :

see 'wargame chocolate cake'.

use olive oil (i used extra virgin) and real butter

(finally bought butter at wholefoods market)

instead of veg/canola oil.

use marsala wine/good dry sherry as liquid.

add the wild card: bake in
a) electric skillet;
b) the wok.
they are baking now: can't wait!!!
